FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Does ASGBPO offer BPO and APPRAISAL services nationwide?

Yes. ASGBPO operates throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, Guam and also in Canada.

2. How large is ASGBPO's network of appraisers and other property valuation experts?

ASGBPO's network consists of 20,000 licensed professionals throughout the United States and in Canada.

3. What is ASGBPO's usual turnaround time for a residential BPO?

ASGBPO's typical turnaround time is 3 days or less. The size of the order or the location of certain properties may have an impact on delivery time. Therefore, it is the policy and procedure of ASGBPO to come to an understanding with customer, on an order by order basis.

4. What is ASGBPO's final format like (typed, written, QC'd)?

It is ASGBPO's policy and procedure to carefully quality control all BPO data received from the field and generate a typed, clearly legible and uniform BPO report. In addition to ASGBPO's internal system of edits and validations, qualified, licensed REO specialists scrutinize the property data to ensure that the information is complete, consistent and accurate. ASGBPO performs statistical tests to identify outlying variances of value, verifies, and obtains further explanation from the real estate expert on the calculation of his or her valuation.

5. Can the customer submit a bulk order on ASGBPO.COM?

Yes, ASGBPO provides a facility for attaching and emailing a file.

6. Can the customer view the status of his or her order in ASGBPO.COM?

Yes, the customer can view the values as they received, either in spreadsheet format or individually, along with photos of the properties. ASG will send completed BPOs to customers via the Internet, fax or overnight courier. Originals with photos are subsequently sent to customers within a week of the initial value transmission.

7. Does ASGBPO provide "verbal" values?

Yes. ASGBPO provides so-called verbal values in a cumulative spreadsheet, which is emailed to the customer on a daily basis.

8. What are ASGBPO's quality control procedures?

ASGBPO's Internet software contains internal edits, validations and logic tests, which serve as the first level of quality control. Secondly, qualified, licensed REO specialists scrutinize all property data to ensure that the information is complete, consistent and accurate. Thirdly, ASGBPO performs statistical tests to identify outlying of value, recalculates the valuation, and obtains further explanation from the real estate professional, where necessary, as to his or her calculation of the value.
